My formula for designing a quilt is to keep it simple. The half square triangle (HST)is a basic building tool that begins with a square that is cut in half corner to corner to create 2 triangles. This HST and the square can be used to create a great quilt. Choosing from an array of cotton fabrics and colors to create the quilt is always a rewarding experience.
