The title is a bit misleading because I have many unfinished projects that are actually evolving, slowly. My current focus is producing a quilt made with hexagons. The Omni Calculator for hexagons is a great tool that tells you how many hexies are required for different sized quilts. I have chosen a smaller size quilt and I’ve learned that I will need only 45 hexagons to complete my project.

This hexagon quilt will be my first time ever sewing hexagons. I have already realized that sewing hexies is time consuming and it is tedious work. The end result will be worth the effort, so I am told! Here’s a peek.
